At the FYTT location, those who wish to actively support their rehabilitation after a previous illness will also find a sporting home.

What is a REHA sports group?
REHA sports groups after previous illnesses are aimed specifically at people with a temporary or chronic illness and offer outpatient ??? rehabilitation at home, for example during breast cancer or orthopaedic problems. A competent trainer organizes the exercise class, safely instructs the exercises for the patients and also imparts knowledge and information. In the REHA sports group, you as a patient learn how to assess your own physical resilience, avoid risk factors and better manage your everyday life with or after the illness.
The aim of participating in a REHA sports group is to achieve sustainable rehabilitation success through illness-appropriate, health-conscious behavior and healthy exercise. Of course, there is no shortage of fun and enjoyment in the group!
