Used Terms

Personal data: When the term “personal data” appears in the following text, it refers to any information that can identify you or that can be identified indirectly. The law states that a natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier (e.g., cookie), or one or more specific characteristics that express the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

Processing: In the following text, we repeatedly refer to “processing.” This means any kind of processing of your data. It does not have to be done using technical means or automated methods. Even a handwritten attendance list for a seminar would be considered “processing” under data protection regulations.

Controller: is anyone who decides alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

GDPR: The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union – commonly known as GDPR – is the legal basis for the rights and obligations regarding the handling of data, its processing, and storage. It aims to ensure that your data is not made available to unauthorized third parties or acquired by them. Above all, it is intended to ensure that your data is not stored anywhere by anyone without your knowledge. The regulation thus provides for greater transparency.

Collaboration with processors and third parties

Your data is generally processed and stored only by us and not shared with unauthorized third parties. In some cases, it is necessary for us to provide your data to third parties who assist us in storage, management, and processing. This is done based on legal permissions, your consent, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – neue Medien Münnich, Owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf. This means that we receive computing power, storage space, database services, security, and maintenance services from them, which we need to operate our offerings. A data processing agreement has been established with the company to ensure that the principles and data protection regulations described here are adhered to by them.

The servers we use for this website are exclusively located on servers in Germany and may not be transferred to other countries without consent. More information can also be found at the following link: https://all-inkl.com/info/datenschutzinformationen/.

Server Log Data: When you visit our website, your device automatically transmits connection data to our servers. These log data include, for example, the IP address of the device used, the type of browser you are using to access our website, the website you visited prior, your system configuration, as well as date and time information. We have agreed with our hosting provider that your data will be stored anonymously.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest)

Types of Data Processing and Storage

Contact forms

When you fill out and submit the contact form, the information provided (data) is transmitted to us. This occurs via email. The email is stored on our mail servers. There is no storage on the website itself.

The emails are regularly checked, and any emails that are no longer needed are deleted. We would like to point out any applicable legal retention periods.

Integration of third-party services and content

To provide you with an optimal user experience on this website, we use services from third parties. When you access our site, your browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) transmits your IP address to the service. Think of the IP address like a postal address. Without the IP address, the service wouldn’t know where to send the requested data, such as displaying a font or a map.

Why is this relevant in terms of data protection? In principle, the service provider can store which website you visited along with your IP address. These two pieces of data are linked. We strive to use third-party services that only use your IP address for delivering the requested services and do not further utilize it for other purposes.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR
We have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both our web offerings and our advertising.
