With the various disciplines under one roof, the FYTT location in the north of Hamburg, in Groß Borstel north of Eppendorf, offers an innovative approach to all aspects of physical and mental health, all under one roof. The courses and offers at the FYTT focus on the whole person and their individual health.

We not only offer exercise, but also support mental and physical health in a variety of ways. Be it through centering your attention on your breathing in yoga, the power of Pilates, awareness through FELDENKRAIS® and the joyful movement of YogaDancing® or a personal session with one of our naturopaths in the field of osteopathy, nutritional advice, coaching, physiotherapy, fascia and yoga therapy, to name just a few of the diverse offers. The FYTT is all about you and your personal needs.

The FYTT is not an impersonal fitness venue, but a place of human warmth, where the aim is to come into deep, genuine contact with yourself and other people. It is a place that is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background or ability. We look forward to welcoming everyone!
