Equipment of the movement room

The FYTT location has 100 m², which you can rent in its entirety for your events and courses. The maximum number of participants for courses is 30. The equipment of the premises includes:

- a music system
- sufficient mats
- blankets
- a flipchart
- a projector
- fully equipped
- kitchenette
- bathroom with shower
- WC

Prices for renting

You can rent the FYTT location for courses of 60 or 90 minutes:

Large room 102 sqm (ground floor)

- Rent 60 minutes: 35 €
- Rent 90 minutes: 50 €

Small room 85 sqm (basement)

- Rent 60 minutes: € 35
- Rent 90 minutes: € 50

The FYTT location can also be rented for workshops or training courses for whole days or weekends:

Large room 102 sqm (ground floor)

- Rent all day 8 am – 6 pm: € 170 *
- Rent weekend Saturday 8 am – 6 pm and Sunday 8 am – 6 pm: € 340*
- Rent 10 days in a row: € 1,500*

Small room 85 sqm (basement)

- Rent all day 8 am – 6 pm: 150 € *
- Rent weekend Saturday 8 am – 6 pm and Sunday 8 am – 6 pm: 300 €*
- Rent 10 days in a row: 1.300 €*

*plus final cleaning fee: 50 €

According to § 4 No. 22 a + b UStG FYTT GbR is exempt from VAT.
